The quality of your work certainly merits sponsorship by all of the
finest toy soldier/military miniature producers. With Honour Bound,
Figarti and K&C on board, you will certainly have no shortage of
excellent material to work with. Congratulations and keep up the
excellent work!
Louis B.
Alex,
I'm really glad your new site is getting a lot of hits. It should do.
The site is very well thought out and easy to navigate and the quality
of the dios is first rate. I hope that you and Nick keep it going at
the same pace, it's obvious that you've put a lot of sweat and tears in
to it.
Many thanks
Simon
Alex,
Simply stated, the creative work you and Nick do is awesome! Best of
luck with the additional and new challenges. I really, really look
forward to seeing what you do to represent additional eras!
Warmest personal regards,

A BSP Thunder Run - now that's what I'm talking about! Real nice dio Alex, very impressed.
Simon
As always, nice display BSP, you guys are getting better with the camera and back grounds. Keep up the great work, Mike
Hi Alex,
That is a great scene you have constructed! It is nice to see your
talents applied to a variety of times and settings. You and Nick do
outstanding work!
Warmest personal regards,
P. W.
Alex:
Wow! Simply wow! You continue to amaze me. I can feel the heat of the battle and the emotions of the foot soldier.
Those Continental soldiers are retreating towards Morristown,NJ ( GW
HQ)? The scene looks like the forest of Sleepy Hollow in Basking Ridge,
NJ where the troops encamped after the retreat from New York in dead of
winter. Maybe GW crossing the Delaware River is next?
N-P
Niceeeee..... 'Bout time you guys did some nonWWII stuff.
K.V.
That is awesome! Great work again.
Alex
Really impressive scenes Alex. I am always glad to see your creations. What talent. Leadmen
Excellent job, bring us more.
Cheers
debrito
Alex,
Nice job, good camera work for my taste. Now you can clearly see the
product and a theme to boot. That was what you were trying to
accomplish right?
Carlos
Gotta be some of the best I have ever seen keep up the good work guys.
Charlie
What a fantastic diorama. You guys certainly provide the inspiration for me to try and emulate your excellent work and results
Best Regards
H
Great dio guys, like the trees buildings, everything. I think you do bring it to life, keep up the great work. Mike
Very nice pictures there. Like the one on the bottom. Very funny.
sv288
Outstanding piece of work! You have perfectly captured a historical meeting of the war.
May 1864 Spotsylvania VA... Alex I am most impressed and doff my old gray kepi to yours and Nick's
skill- simply superb and you could be in danger of turning the ACW into
a popular era here on Tree Frog-Holy Cow!

Now wouldn't that be something!
Reb
Alex,
That is an outstanding scene. Very well done.
Brad
A great piece of work all round. Thank you for posting it.
damian
Very nice indeed. I like the way you captured the moment (I was just
looking at it along with the war-time photo of the meeting), plus added
a lot of background interest with the band, horses, etc. Love your
work. 6th Wisconsin
Alex,
That is one great shot. The background / dio set up is very detailed,
and your Spielberg effects are brilliant. Really get a sense for the
pace and urgency.
Cheers
Simon
How'd they do that!!! Fantastic -
mestell
That is one sharp looking piece of work!
Great Job!
Njja
Nice job Nick. All your stuff is first rate.
Brad
Very cool! Now I want to make about 12' of that!
Excellent, thank you for showing us!
Fub
Nick,
Once again, your skill, talent, creativity, and craftmanship astound
me! You do magnificent work. Thanks for sharing this beautiful diorama
with us.
Warmest personal regards,
Pat
Very nice buildings Nick, the scale is immense and great for table dioramas.
Carlos
Great work as always Nick; can't wait to get them here so I can sell them and you can make more for me, you know how that goes.
Warrior
VERY impressive.
Mikew9717
Nobody tears up a town like Nick.
Shiloh
Your buildings are really some nice work. I am very impressed with your
talent and modelling skills Nick. Thanks for posting the pictures. I
tried some foam this week and my wife said I made better dioramas
twenty years ago and I should do better. Still trying.
Leadmen
Now that is one damn pretty jungle.
generalsoldier
Nice job with the water and all the junk in it. The color fits the
mood. Everyone is going to be jealous of the palm trees and want to
know exactly where you got them, myself included...
MarcT
Nick,
Your work is very, very impressive! Do you plan to enter your diorama in a competition? I think it would compete very well!
Warmest personal regards,
Pat
Nick, we do not have much in the way of material dealing with the
Pacific Theature of the war. Little or nothing in the way of figures or
vehicles. Thanks for your paticipation. Notice that Marc T uses few
figures and concentrates mainly on the dioramas. Nice job, keep it up.
admin
I like your realism Nick, you can almost smell the jungle. Your
diorama is right up there with some I've seen done by plastic kit
builders, and I trust you know how clever some of those guys are.
OzDigger
WOW!!! Nice job nick what did you make it out of?...
fishead1969
I had a second while some paint is drying. KCdealer called me and said
that I had to see your work and shouldn't wait. Nice job. I have spent
20 minutes sitting here looking at your work and picking it all apart,
piece by piece. With my computer I can blow the pictures up in size to
get a better look. The broken lumber look is an effect that I need to
do a better job at. You have prefected it here. I am having difficulty
breaking my wood to achieve that splinterd look. That and giving it a
distribution that looks real and not contrived.
Your stonework is good also in particular the stone rubble on the
ground. My only critism is that your work is to detailed and once again
may detract from the figures. The open space on the road is good...
My compliments on a nice job, even if it is in your garage. I would
have liked to have viewed it in Chicago. A little repair and maybe next
year. Now I really have to get back to my paint.
MarcT
Nick,
That is a very, very nice diorama. Will you be making/selling duplicates of this diorama or will this be a one of a kind?
You do very nice work!
Warmest personal regards,
Pat
Terrific dio Nick, and I say again, you should go into the nursery business with realistic trees like that
OzDigger
The detail is incredible. For me, I am more of the mostly whole building front club.........
Michael
Hey Nick,
Very good work.
Ronnie
Very nice piece......would not mind having a few like that.....for a back drop scene.......
Mike
P.S. Nick the music store front is awesome. You should be proud of this piece it is definitely one of a kind.
Shiloh
I can vouch for the quality of Nick's work......As good as anything being made from anyone.
maddaicus
Thanks a million Nick for doing all you have for me and my customers.................
Regards,
George
Minutemen Toy Soldiers
Nice scenes Nick.
I like the FOV stuff in your dioramas, I've been toying with the idea
of using smoke like you have it displayed in your scenes. I always like
seeing your new creations.
Carlos
Hey Nick,
Another nice diorama. I spoke with our customer this morning and he was
very pleased. Now we are working on the right combination of vehicles
and figures to fill it up for him.
Thanks again for the great work.
Ronnie, Cross Roads Die Cast
Very cool, Nick--but do you get any guff over the somewhat-gory figures? Some guys don't dig that at all. Nice
work all around, although you forgot to put tire tracks in the soft
roadway sand/dirt. It looks like they ambushed a sitting car? The buildings look great! the doog
Nice...looks like you put a lot of work into this dio...overall nice
impression; if you break it down into smaller elements there are some
rough spots...I'd say that your scratching the bldgs is the most
impressive aspect of this work... Eric V.
Not being a Dio-builder (lurker)....as the passer-by...This is a beautiful Dio to the eye! Great job!(and you've had some great criticism!) namrednef
Incredible job on those buildings, just awesome! Lufttiger
Looks great, Nick! You've really got the look of demlished building and streets down! the doog
Very cool stuff, Nick. Looking forward to seeing some recent work. Steve
Nasta,
Excellent job! Nice scratchbuilding on the dio,
good composition, excellent painting and color choice overall.
Figures look great! You've really given the scene a sense of cold
and the boredom of waiting around. Very nice work!! ![Thumbs Up [tup]](http://cs.finescale.com/emoticons/icon_smile_thumbsup.gif)
 senojrn
Some nice scratchbuilding. Very nicely done.
zokissima
I really do like this, and the way you painted the figures.
gary
Breathtaking! I long to have the skill to do work like this!
Thunderbolt379
Amazing! The Americans crawling over it is a really good idea! It looks real and... Just Amazing!
Boba Fett
Great work Nick. It's a nice tribute. IL2windhawk
Looks great , Nick. Convincing groundwork, lot of nice detail, job well
done. How about a pic of the bunker pulled out, to see the interior? SteveM
